Over the course of the past 8 years, Coach Clifford “Gator” Browning has helped nearly 500 high school student-athletes receive scholarships to play college football. As the founder and CEO of Top Knotch Opportunities, LLC, an amateur sports consulting firm, Coach Browning secured over 2.2 million dollars in athletic scholarships with a 98% placement rate of student-athletes at colleges and universities across the country. During his time as a football player at Clark Atlanta University (CAU), he was awarded All-SIAC honors as a top conference player. After earning his Bachelor of Education degree, Coach Browning played professional arena football for several years before returning to the Atlanta Metro area to teach and coach football. He coached 16 All-American athletes and assisted them throughout the college recruitment process. His passion and successes as a coach led him to create Top Knotch Opportunities to help student-athletes receive more exposure to college recruiters while giving athletic programs an opportunity to recruit talented high school athletes who might otherwise be overlooked. Coach Browning is committed to guiding student-athletes and their families through the recruitment process every step of the way.

Dr. T.M. Robinson-Mosley (affectionately known as “Mosley”) is an educational consultant who has over 10 years of experience working with elite student-athletes on college campuses across the country. Throughout her career, she has served as an academic advisor and undergraduate dean in the SEC, Ivy League Conference, and Division II/III liberal arts institutions. In each of these roles, Dr. Mosley coordinated academic support services and mentoring programs for student-athletes by working very closely with athletic directors and coaches to provide workshops and individual advising. On multiple campuses, she implemented CHAMPS/Life Skills workshops designed to teach student-athletes effective study skills and various life skills focused on leadership development, health and wellness, and career development. During her time at the Cox Communications Center for Student Athletes at Louisiana State University (LSU), she served as an academic advisor to football players on the 2008 National BCS Championship team and attained a 100% retention and graduation rate for the LSU Women’s Basketball Team. Dr. Mosley went on to work as an academic assistant dean at Dartmouth College, and she partnered with the athletics department to recruit prospective student-athletes for the basketball and football programs. She successfully recruited 90% of the student-athletes on her caseload, which included several football players on Dartmouth’s 2014 Ivy League Conference Championship team.  After several years as an academic administrator, Dr. Mosley founded Mosley and Associates Consulting, LLC so she could focus on her passion for academics and athletics. As the managing partner of the firm, she is committed to helping student-athletes and their families determine which collegiate academic and athletic program is the best fit. During the recruitment process, her mission is to prepare student-athletes for their unique transition from high school to college.

Dr. Mosley has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Psychology from the University of Alabama, and a M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychological Services from Georgia State University and owns a therapy private practice in Downtown Decatur, Georgia. Dr. Mosley was one of the first participants in the NFL’s inaugural Careers Forum for Women in January 2017.
